Been wanting to make this for awhile but I’m always nervous when it comes to pastries with yeast. Finally decided to be brave and try it out!

But made some adjustments as I don’t like it too sweet. Also, don’t need to be so neat with the layers – it looks prettier when it’s not so uniformed!
For the Filling:
1/2 cup granulated sugar instead of 1 cup
1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
If still not sweet enough, I did a simple icing glaze on top once the bread is done:
Just test with the proportions until the glaze is thick but runny enough to be drizzled.
